Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses and ensure value delivery from finance and accounting functions
• Oversee monthly financial close, KPI management, and client meetings to provide insights and coaching
• Manage compliance with GAAP, accounting technology, and contribute to strategic projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience at Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, or CPA license preferred
• Experience in revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
