Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee activities, scheduling, and work assignments in a specialized area, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Supervise, coach, and develop non-exempt staff, managing performance and staffing needs
• Prepare and supervise completion of reports and projects as required by management

Required Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Specialized training in the specific area of responsibility is helpful
• Minimum two years of applicable work experience in a related environment
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
