Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Manager to lead financial responsibilities and provide strategic financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models and analyses to support revenue growth and cost structure decisions
• Analyze and present financial data and key metrics to senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly forecasts, while improving Finance's reporting and planning tools

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or a related field
• 5-9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or Corporate FP&A
• Proficient in financial analysis and financial modeling
• Functional knowledge of financial reporting and accounting
• Prior experience in a small company or start-up is a plus
