BSA/AML Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA/AML Analyst to enhance and improve their BSA/AML/OFAC program.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction monitoring reports to determine the need for enhanced due diligence or investigation
• Fulfill BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory requirements, including filing necessary reports
• Review existing reporting processes and recommend enhancements to capture unusual activity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC-related activities in the financial services industry
• Experience conducting financial crime investigations or money laundering monitoring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Organized, efficient, and professional demeanor
