Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial & Operational Analysis Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounting functions and improve financial processes, including financial statement preparation and compliance
• Design and monitor business efficiency metrics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts, providing actionable insights to enhance performance and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, particularly in financial planning and analysis
• Proficiency with BI tools and financial reporting systems, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage inputs from various departments
