Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions for three entities in accordance with GAAP
• Design and implement internal controls and review finance-related procedures
• Manage month-end and year-end procedures, payroll, and tax compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Preferred 3 years of people and project management experience
• Expertise in accounting standards and finance processes aligned with GAAP
• Experience in managing financial compliance with IRS and FEC regulations
• Proven ability to mentor and develop accounting staff
