Senior Technical Revenue Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Revenue Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain revenue accounting policies, monitoring and implementing new standards
• Act as a subject matter expert on revenue accounting, advising on non-standard contracts and deal structures
• Collaborate with product management and engineering on new product introductions and revenue recognition impacts

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and Big 4 experience preferred
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience, with 5+ years in audit or advisory focused on revenue accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606 for SaaS and on-premise software
• Ability to research complex accounting issues and recommend effective solutions
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
