CPA Director of Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including general ledger review, bank reconciliations, and payroll functions
• Collaborate on the development of the annual budget and provide oversight during the budgeting process
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and lead financial audit preparations and regulatory filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in nonprofit accounting with management experience
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and nonprofit accounting regulations
• Experience with financial systems such as QuickBooks and advanced MS Excel skills
