Senior Credit Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Credit Analytics Manager to lead the development of strategies and tools for customer credit management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the loss mitigation toolkit for the Credit Card product
• Launch and manage partnerships with Debt Settlement Companies and third-party Collections vendors
• Own the strategy and roadmap for delinquent customers, collaborating across various departments

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering, business, finance, computer science, or mathematics
• 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics and credit risk management
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and external vendors
• Ability to independently run analyses in Python (SQL acceptable as a replacement)
• Preferred experience of at least two years at a bank or FinTech in credit analytics
