FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning process
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and the board

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, private equity, or strategic finance, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and unit economics
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; experience with FP&A tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
