FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to oversee financial activities for a large multi-national business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the timely submission of monthly results and forecasts, providing commentary on key business issues
• Lead the annual Profit Plan and Strat Plan process, preparing presentations for executive review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive policy improvements and create proactive reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting from an accredited institution
• At least five (5) years of progressive work experience in accounting/finance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business, Finance, and/or Accounting
• Preferred: Ten (10) years of experience in accounting/finance and CPA or CMA certification
