Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Business Partner for the North America Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support to Finance and Business leadership through analysis of financial and operational information
• Coordinate financial performance management processes, including month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analyze monthly results and propose adjustments to P&Ls while identifying financial opportunities and performance issues

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related subjects
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions and monitor progress
• Experience working with large datasets and/or process automation tools is a plus
• Understanding of GAAP accounting standards and revenue recognition is a plus
