Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of relevant work experience in loan processing and closing activities
• Thorough knowledge of loan processing and closing policies
• Basic knowledge of credit policies and approval processes
• Experience with mortgage compliance and closing documentation
