Strategic Finance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to provide financial planning and analytical support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, providing insights into financial and operational performance
• Conduct analyses and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budgets, proposing corrective actions as needed

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 2 years in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• 2+ years of investment banking or management consulting experience preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and experience with BI tools
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial models for strategic initiatives
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the country
