A company is looking for a Global Compliance Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive payroll compliance for the assigned country, ensuring accuracy and scalability
- Define local payroll and tax compliance requirements to create a compliant payroll software experience
- Translate complex compliance rules into actionable product requirements in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, compliance, or finance administration; 10+ years of experience in Payroll preferred
- Strong understanding of taxation rules, payroll deductions, and employer obligations
- Ability to interpret legislative changes and translate them into technical requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Preferred: CPA, NPI Certification, or country-equivalent credential
