Finance and Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee the client team to ensure value and insights are delivered
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility
• Conduct monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; master's degree or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience at Controller or Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Firm understanding of US GAAP accounting and sales tax liability management
