FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager, fully remote in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario modeling and variance analysis
• Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial insights and ensure alignment with KPIs
• Maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track key SaaS metrics and support strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 4 - 5 years of experience; 7+ years preferred
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights and financial statements
• Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition and related accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel and G-Suite for financial modeling and reporting
