Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Credit Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee loan approval processes and ensure compliance with credit policies
- Review credit memorandums and provide necessary approvals for loan types above delegated limits
- Lead credit committee meetings and manage credit policy updates and portfolio performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' commercial credit experience, including 5 years of credit approval authority
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- Strong technical, financial, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience mentoring and training underwriting teams on policy updates
