A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to improve processes related to commissions and bonuses
- Support the annual commission planning process through scenario modeling and data analysis
- Administer sales commission calculations and ensure accurate processing of payments in collaboration with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of combined Financial/FP&A/Commission experience
- Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite preferred, and Incentive Compensation tools
- Familiarity with booking metrics in accordance with company policy
- Ability to take initiative and work flexibly in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrate commitment to mastering new skills
