A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and guide strategic decisions for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management to support corporate strategy
• Drive M&A preparation and execution, overseeing finance-related aspects of strategic transactions
• Optimize capital structure through debt refinancing strategies and ensure compliance with financial controls

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Direct experience in leading M&A transactions and collaborating with investment banks and legal counsel
• Proven success in refinancing or restructuring debt in growth or turnaround settings
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and subscription revenue models
