A company is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to manage support desks and troubleshoot help requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, categorize, resolve, and document requests from the Certinia Service Desk
- Escalate requests requiring technical assistance with appropriate background documentation
- Manage user access and permissions in Certinia and NetSuite
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience using Certinia PSA or a comparable system
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
