Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives
• Serve as the primary contact for the investment community, overseeing quarterly earnings communications and key financial disclosures
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts, organizing meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, SEC regulations, capital markets, and valuation methodologies
• Proven ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities under pressure
• Experience in the Healthcare/Technology Industry is preferred
