Commercial Credit Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Credit Lead, Dealer Commercial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate credit needs by underwriting new requests and managing ongoing credit risk of existing loan portfolios
• Analyze financial information and complete credit analyses for commercial transactions, including risk assessments and structure recommendations
• Collaborate with relationship managers and stakeholders throughout the deal process to ensure compliance and maintain portfolio quality

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 7 years of experience in complex credit underwriting or financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis of credit transactions
• Experience with legal documentation and negotiation of credit transactions
• Ability to calculate financial ratios and perform trend analysis to minimize credit risks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
