Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director to oversee its core financial operations and drive strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare financial statements and develop performance metrics for internal stakeholders
• Lead the annual budget process and build long-term financial models to support strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Experience leading a department or managing a small team
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred
