FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Analyst to join their growing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on headcount and workforce planning to align talent strategy with financial goals
• Develop monthly reporting packages and board materials to provide financial insights to executives
• Implement KPIs and dashboards to guide strategic adjustments across departments

Required Qualifications

• Robust background in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role
• Proven track record of strong financial modeling skills
• Experience with software and inventory-heavy or manufacturing businesses is a bonus
• U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data
• Highly organized and comfortable presenting complex financial information
