Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payment Transformation to lead innovative payment and care delivery model transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for payment model innovation and foster a culture of innovation
• Identify new market spaces for alternative payment models and recommend innovative care delivery programs
• Build and manage a high-performing team to sustain continuous learning and improvement in quality and patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required); Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience (Required)
• Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to manage an administrative budget
• Knowledge of the evolving regulatory landscape impacting alternative payment models
