A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst (Eastern or Central Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales compensation plans, including implementation and testing
- Prepare and analyze commission payouts and support accounting with accruals
- Act as a primary contact for the sales team regarding commission inquiries and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of sales compensation experience, preferably in high-tech companies with SaaS/Cloud models
- Experience with Xactly system implementation and programming
- Familiarity with CRM and HRIS systems, such as Salesforce and BambooHR/Workday
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
