Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer & Small Business Loan Processing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the loan processing center for Consumer and Small Business loans
• Manage the loan processing pipeline to ensure timely progression and high customer experience
• Oversee the preparation and review of loan documents for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 4 or more years of experience in consumer or small business loan administration
• 2 or more years of supervisory/management experience leading a project, process, or team
• Strong working knowledge of loan documentation and processing workflows
• Proficiency in lending systems and Microsoft Office applications
