A company is looking for a Supervisor, Finance - Claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise claims-related pass-through billing and manage a team of three direct reports
- Prepare, review, and reconcile accounting information while advising management on performance issues and process improvements
- Develop and coordinate process improvements and assist in staffing and workflow planning
Required Qualifications
- Two-year degree or equivalent work experience; specialized training is helpful
- Minimum of two years applicable work experience in a related environment
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel
