Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, interpret, and present financial information on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and profitability analyses while coordinating budget preparations
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide ongoing support to various business lines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong technical background in financial planning and analysis or senior-level accounting
• Preferred experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
• Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders
