Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in revenue cycle management (10+ years), focusing on patient financial services
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team (Senior Director and above)
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
