Key Responsibilities

• Refine and execute the insurance risk framework to assess risk exposure and its impact on capital and earnings
• Drive risk oversight in insurance-related activities, including new product development and liability analytics
• Provide leadership and guidance on best practices in insurance risk management and present risk profiles to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial risk management experience in the insurance industry
• Deep understanding of insurance risk, market risks, and capital position
• In-depth technical skills in actuarial science, mathematics, or statistics, with knowledge of VM-21 and FHS
• Advanced degree or actuarial credentials, preferably in a related field
• Proven ability to manage and implement sustainable risk processes
