Finance & Strategy Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Strategy Associate to manage financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, invoicing, and monthly financial close
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement efficient processes for financial data management
• Build and manage financial models to support pricing and resource management strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, FP&A/financial operations, or strategic finance
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience building financial models with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience in startups or the renewable energy industry is a bonus, but not required
