Financial Change Order Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Change Order Senior Analyst to evaluate financial impacts and provide consultative insights for pharmacy benefit plan changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential financial impacts of plan design changes and coordinate with internal partners
• Conduct analyses using Excel and SQL, including rebate guarantee impact analyses
• Provide consultative support to various internal stakeholders and meet deadlines for requested analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement, or 1+ year with PBM data
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred
