Director of Corporate Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Development & Investor Relations to manage investor relations strategy, M&A efforts, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investor relations with Funding Agreement Backed Note investors, manage communications, and conduct investor meetings
• Conduct financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, including financial modeling and risk assessments
• Oversee projects and analyses to provide data-driven insights and recommendations, ensuring timely execution of initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, capital markets, or investor relations
• Bachelor's degree or higher in math, business, finance, or economics
• Deep understanding of statutory and GAAP financial accounting principles
• Strong process improvement and project management abilities
• Able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the United States or Puerto Rico
