Key Responsibilities
- Manage the general operations of the Nevada City office and support the grant/project team
- Monitor grant budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports for grantors
- Coordinate the preparation of presentations, reports, and grant-related correspondence
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with grant management software or databases (Sage Intacct preferred)
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
