Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate funding and inspections to meet deliverable requirements
• Review underwriting materials and generate draw status notifications while ensuring compliance with service level agreements
• Manage residential and commercial inspections, maintaining data integrity and quality

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in construction management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with wire management is highly required
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
