Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A team, overseeing annual budgeting, operational forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Partner with department heads to analyze and report on financial metrics and support strategic decision-making
• Develop and manage a talent-dense FP&A team, providing coaching and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking, with management experience
• SaaS/cloud software experience strongly preferred
• Expertise in financial modeling and analytical tools for forecasting and analysis
• Proven ability to build and lead effective teams
