Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting and Finance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial operations and develop financial strategies for the organization
• Oversee all accounting functions and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory mandates
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls while mentoring the finance team

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, such as Director of Accounting or Finance
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite
• Experience in a startup environment or with BPO International Vendor Management is a plus
