Job Summary

• Supports evaluation of physician and APP productivity and compensation models
• Participates in annual compensation budget planning and prepares reports and analyses
• Collaborates with management and oversees the Provider Forgivable Loan process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in healthcare accounting, finance, or human resources required
