Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer (Temporary, REMOTE-US).

Key Responsibilities

• Close first and second mortgage applications in compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Facilitate mortgage loan closings, including preparing closing instructions and confirming successful closings
• Monitor closing pipeline and input data into loan origination systems to ensure file integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum of three years of experience in mortgage loan closing with knowledge of TRID and non-QM regulations
• Understanding of the mortgage process from origination to post-closing
• Detailed knowledge of secondary market guidelines and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Encompass preferred
