Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Consultant to deliver personalized retirement planning consultations to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivates customer relationships through personalized service and responds to inquiries regarding plans and policies
- Educates customers on available plan specifics and assists in retaining current assets
- Manages inbound and outbound calls, addressing service requests and providing support for retirement goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Demonstrated success in performance/goal-oriented roles, particularly in asset growth and retention
- Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in managing stressful situations and interactions
