Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Finance Manager to lead and manage its finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring GAAP compliance
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support executive decision-making
• Manage healthcare revenue operations, including claims tracking and cash collections

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 2-3 years in a senior finance role
• Strong foundation in GAAP accounting and experience managing a bookkeeper or accounting team
• Proven ability to build and manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial models
• Experience in a healthcare or digital health context
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential is preferred
