Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Analyst to assist in financial planning and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead period-end financial reporting variance analysis and report findings
• Maintain database of operating metrics and business drivers through data entry and automation
• Assist in the annual budget preparation, quarterly forecasts, and ad-hoc financial analyses

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or mathematics preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Credit Analysis in a banking or financial services environment preferred
• Current or in-process Professional Certifications (CMA or CTP) are a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, etc.) required
• General knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting preferred
