Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value and insights are provided
• Manage the accounting process to generate financial reporting, oversee revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll recording
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach client management on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct & NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
