Finance Transformation Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Transformation Analyst (Remote) to support key initiatives related to business integrations and financial process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze contract documents and project agreements to identify key financial terms and obligations
• Collaborate with project managers and finance leads to validate cost-to-complete estimates
• Assist in the coordination of financial data during mergers and acquisitions, including data validation and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in corporate finance, business transformation, or mergers and acquisitions
