Finance Transformation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Effectiveness Director to lead finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on finance transformation programs focusing on strategy, operating model redesign, and process optimization
• Partner with CFOs to define finance vision, transformation roadmap, and success metrics
• Oversee the design and implementation of process improvements and enabling technologies

Required Qualifications

• Eight plus years of experience in finance transformation with a consulting background
• Experience in areas such as FP&A, controllership, or finance operations
• Strong understanding of digital enablers like ERP and data & analytics tools
• Track record of delivering end-to-end transformation programs
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and influence change
