Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Coordinator to assist patients with financial information and support related to their treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients through insurance, billing inquiries, payments, and subscription renewals
• Document financial clearance information and update necessary patient data
• Research and discuss financial options for services not covered by third-party payors

Required Qualifications and Education

• At least 2 years of experience in high-touch customer service or healthcare
• Proficiency in computer technology and experience with software systems
• Solid working knowledge of insurance plans and patient financial responsibilities
• Experience working in collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven teams
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
