Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, conducting in-depth financial analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in a services environment
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts (GAAP), and financial modeling techniques
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace applications
• Experience with financial applications and CRM software such as Quickbooks, Salesforce, or Netsuite
