Reverse Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reverse Mortgage Processor, in office, hybrid, or remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process applications from submission to underwriting and closing
• Communicate daily with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMCs, and title companies
• Review, upload, organize, and label file documentation into the loan imaging system

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of FHA processing experience preferred
• Must have reverse processing experience
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to mortgage lending
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient computer skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
